This company's advertising practices are deceptive and misleading. They get you roped in with a trial offer and then charge your credit card for additional shipments (apparently the small print allows them to do that). When I protested, they refused to give me a refund and I'll bet they won't print this review either. I'm telling everyone I know how shady this company is.

Deceptive
I have not used the product yet, I'm still trying to get past the RIP OFF.
The company's advertising practices are deceptive. I wanted to try the trial offer so I did, only to find the next day, I was very close to being charged the full price. So, I cancelled. When you cancel if you don't READ VERY CAREFULLY and CHOOSE THE CORRECT OPTION you will end up buying the product anyway. And no refunds. So, I ended up paying $19.99 for the Trial because I did not choose the 'option' correctly. Who chooses 'options' on a cancellation. I just wanted to cancel. So, here is the lesson - if you don't choose an option, you end up buying the product (trial offer) for $19.99. That is default on the website. That is automatic. That is robbery.

SCAM
This "Easy White" gave me a funny feeling when I went on their site. I didn't like it. Please trust your instinct guys.. I'm glad I didn't trial it.
Please use just simple baking powder (and maybe some peroxide) and this cheap, old toothpaste called Ultra Brite and you'll have WHITE teeth.

EasyWhite Ripoff
Completely deceptive online fraud game they are running. The only way to stop the bleeding is to cancel your credit card and get a new number issued.THEY ARE CROOKS. STAY FAR AWAY.

A HUGE scam!!!
I give this a one only because I am not given the option to go into negitive numbers. I ordered the FREE trial package which never came. So as I'm ready to start contacting them about refunding my shiiping money they charge me 80 dollars!!! For something I didn't even recieve! When I called their customer service I was told that I had entered the wrong shiping address. I'm almost positive I didn't because I am usually pretty good at checking for errors but accidents happen so who knows.But now they are telling me I need to retrieve the package and have the product before they will even speak with me about a refund...I don't know the people who's address this went to and really don't want to show up at their door accusing them of mail fraud. I'm assuming they won't take that very well. I have called my bank and claimed a dispute claim against the company so hopefully I will get my 80 dollars back. Not to mention they don't send you an email letting you know that they will be charging your account so my bank account was over drawn so now I have fees for that.... What a horriable experience this has turned out to be.

Aggressive Actions Needed
So I wanted to update this with what ended up happening with my situation. I called the company and demanded my money back I was refused being told it was my mix up not theirs. After ranting and threatening to call the BBB I was told they would give me 2 months free but at this point no deal I wouldn't do business with them if my teeth were black. Then I told her "no" that doesn't work for me, after that she offered to refund me $35. out of $79. remember this is a product I never received so obviously never used. After being very adamant about no being charged $40. for something that I never received I was finally offered a full refund. But the customer service rep. kept trying to trick me by speaking very quickly and trying to get me to say "OK" to the smaller refund. So if you are having issues with this company call the BBB and let the customer rep. at Easy White know this. They are much more willing to work something out. Me I am still going to report their business practices.

RIP OFF
This is a scam. Just be aware of that. They will charge your credit card more than they should. The product is a joke! Go to the store and buy some strips instead!

Easy White Labs
After reviewing all of these post very carefully I decided to chip in my two cents. I purchased the easy white product on a free trial for only processing and handling which was like 5.00. I got my product fast, and not only that when I decided I wanted to end my free trial (more due to the monthly cost and I had already recieved the results I was looking for)I called and cancelled the membership, very easily and hassle free. They also let me keep what I had which was nice, not many company let you do that even if its a item for personal use or something you wouldnt want to think everyone else may have used. At the end of the day my experience was not bad at all and I really liked the product. Works great! I mean I wouldnt suggest you use anything teeth whitening product often but with easy white I really notived the results fast.
Now I would like a chance to say something to people who are complaining and calling this a scam.... Every single company will mostly likely have the fine print and a contract with the item or service they are providing. These are most delivered in writing. My words of advice to avoid anything that you may think is a scam is to read all terms and conditions before you commit to the purchase. Now secondly, If you do not recieve the product, yes this can happen...like what happened to Amy, you can contact the BBB or charge the item back as in "chargeback" or cancel the credit card. In the credit card industry, this industry is super customer friendly meaning customers are favored sometimes even more so than a merchant. As a cardholder you will always have the right to chargeback. For intance, in this situation when the item was not recieved and nothing seemed to be resolved, you could chargeback the amount for a reason like "item never recieved" or "product never delivered" and in most cases the merchant will be required to send in a signed copy of the reciept and so on, but if they cannot prove delivery you get your money back. And I would assume if they were not aware that you had not recieved the item they would not be tracking these packages? And now back to the BBB. Anytime you contact the BBB with something negative in regards to a business that business will always try and resolve your issues. Most businesses work very hard at keeping their record with customer interaction clean. This can always help get the job done if it is a BBB acredited business. Just remember as a cardholder you have rights with your credit card. Also I think that the easy white product was a good product however the company may need a better service center and maybe a different approach to how the conduct their business from their shipping, to the billing and cancelation. Every business will have policies, and believe me when you are on the phone at your whits end just remember that the service rep you are speaking with is trying to follow their company protocals and procedures. escalating to management isnt a bad thing if you feel that your needs are not being met. Normally a good manager tries to find a great way to make the customer happy.
All in all always read the fine print,know your card holder rights and involve the bbb when necesarry!
