Initially, a mouth piece is made by your dentist from your teeth impression. This mouth piece fits exactly to your teeth. Use of mouth piece will minimize the contact of Bleaching Gel and the Gum tissue. At home, patient fills the mouth piece with Carbamide peroxide gel. The mouth piece should be worn for 30 to 120 minutes. The process is repeated for 10-12 days.
